Barrel Bands Heaters
HTS supplies Band Heaters for Injection Molding Machines and are made from the highest quality Mica Band Heaters in the industry in order to assure the longest life. The combined purchasing strength of our two companies allows us to be very competitive on pricing with any one in the market and still maintain the highest in quality to make our customers more profitable. We have an inventory of many standard sizes, custom bands are available at expedited delivery in 1 to 2 days.
Nozzle Bands
These nozzle bands are made in the US of high quality material. We have done all we can to our nozzle bands for our Injection Molding Customers to make them the best quality available, because we realize that saving a few dollars on a Nozzle Band and costing our customers thousands in down time is not doing the best for our customers. We work with our customers with multiple products and supply them with a company or corporate discount across all product lines to save you money. We have worked very hard to keep our costs low and volume purchases in order to supply the high quality band at competitive prices. Along with the standard nozzle bands we also have a
full line of sealed bands that can cost hundreds of dollars from the OEM,
but we supply them for under $60.00.
Coil Heaters
Our coil heaters are made in many different sizes and diameters. One of our goals is to provide our customers with products that last longer, give better productivity, cut down time and make our customers more competitive in the market. We supply all the standard size Coil Heaters as well as Mini Coil Heater or Cast Coil Heaters for special applications. We work with three of the best suppliers in the country and with our quantities we are very competitive with even the catalog suppliers.
